Sharefaith Ministry Background Checks: Ministry Mobilizer: Applicant Report Overview

The Pipeline is where you will do most of your background check ordering.

Part of this is knowing how to keep track of what background checks have been ordered and where they are in the process.

This is where the Applicant Report will come in handy. Watch this quick video for an overview of how to read it.

In the pipeline is your applicant report. Let's go over these fields and what they mean. Report. If there is nothing here, the background check has not been ordered. A C means complete.

A P means the background check has been ordered but has not completed processing. Training will tell you if you have training that was ordered. A C means that you have completed the training.

A P means that they have not. Auth will let you know if the person has completed the authorization form. A red X means that they have either not began or they are not giving you authorization. And a green check mark means that they have completed the authorization form. Applicant added is the date that you added the applicant. First, last, phone are all self-explanatory.

If you have an upgraded bundle package, this will show you what department they are in for your church. Position is always standard unless you upgrade your bundle. Email shows their email. Stage shows where they are in the process. Active will tell you if they are currently serving in their role.

You can change their active status by selecting your applicant. Then clicking active status. You can now select Y for yes or N for no. Clicking one of these icons will either give you a report in CSV or XLS format. And up at the top, you can filter by last name.
