Sharefaith Ministry Background Checks: Ministry Mobilizer: Settings Section Overview

Being with Sharefaith Background Checks automatically gives you multiple features and allows you options to customize things like email messages.

You are also given a higher tier bundle with our partners at Protect My Ministry. That said, there are higher bundles available through Protect my Ministry

Let's go over your settings section. In the Ministry Mobilizer, click on the Settings section.

Higher bundles will allow you to customize your sections, send announcements, create positions and departments, customize stages in the pipeline, and create a list of stock questions to be added to your master form. Click on Forms. If you have a higher bundle, you can create new forms.

Click on Edit. This will allow you to customize your authorization text, should your state and or church require additional information here. Please consult your legal representation for advice in this area. You can customize in English and Spanish. This does not automatically convert English to Spanish, so you will have to make your edits independently. If you make a mistake and forget what was originally in these fields, just click the Revert to Default text button. These checkboxes do nothing.

Click on User Administration. This will allow you to add new administrators, assign them a username and password, and select what they can or cannot see. Click on Billing Reference. This corresponds to the dropdown underneath the applicant's name on the Package Selection page, where you can order a background check. Create these to keep track of what department you are ordering background checks for.

Click Additional Settings. Here you can edit the time between the notification that you get to remind you to rescreen your applicants. This does not automatically rescreen for you. It will just add them to the Do for a Rescreen section in the Background Check section. Click Training Email Settings. This is where you can customize the email that is sent out to your volunteers for child safety training. Click on Consent Form Email Settings. This is where you can customize the consent form email that is sent out to your volunteers.
