Let's duplicate some pages. Please understand that this will duplicate all the content and images and not just the format of the page that you wish to duplicate.
Click on the content button. Find the page you want and click on the duplicate pages button. Now you will need to rename the page then click copy and save.
Your page will now appear in the additional pages section so that you can make your changes without it automatically showing up in your navigation pages. When you have made your edits, click and drag your new page to where you want it to go. Click apply changes and you are all done.
