Transitions with staff members happen all the time and you may be moving on to a different position or training others to take over for you. Or you may just need to share the administrative information of the website with others, such as a pastor or administrative assistant to make sure that everyone can be informed about your website and staying in the loop. That's why we created the email care package feature to let you easily share administrative information with others. The video below demonstrates just how simple it is to pass the torch or share the load with others.

Whether you need to hand off being the administrator of your church website, want to add another user to help contribute their expertise to your site, or you just need a refresher on the important links and tutorials, our Care Package is a perfect tool to assist you. Click on the Help button.
Click on Care Package. If you are going to be handing off everything to a new administrator, just enter their email here. It will change the administrator email automatically for your website, so all that the new administrator will need to do is, upon their first login, click the Lost Password link, and it will send them an email so that they can choose their own password.
If you want a refresher, just click the Send Now button, and it will resend the same email to you that you received when you first became a ShareFaith website member. You can add an additional email address here to receive this email after you have added that user to the account. To learn how to add a user, refer to the link below this tutorial.
Here is an example of what the email that you receive looks like. As you can see, it has the major tutorials on getting started with editing your website, all of the links that you will need to carry out your duties, and a link to our support site, as well as our office hours. Once you are done, click Save, then Send Now, and we are done.
