Sharefaith Websites: How to Allow Notifications In the Mozilla Firefox Browser

This will walk you through how to allow notifications for your website in the Mozilla Firefox Browser.

It is important that you do this in the browser that you most frequently use.

If you do not use Mozilla Firefox as your main browser, then click on one of the following icons to be directed to the appropriate tutorial.

 

 

 

 

 

You will usually see a notification pop-up when visiting the website for the first time.
In most cases, you have already visited your website and will not see that pop-up.
Here is how you can allow those notifications.

 

  1. Right-click over the inquiry icon [1] on the left side of your address bar. Then on the "arrow" [2] button. 
  2. Click on "More Information."

  3. Click on the "Permissions" button.

     

  4. In the "Receive Notifications" section, uncheck "Use Default" [1] Then select "Allow." [2]
