Church Websites: cPanel: How to Add a Subdomain

Once your domain is live and in your cPanel dashboard, adding a Subdomain is just a few clicks away.

Just follow these 3 steps.

  1. In the cPanel dashboard click on Subdomains.

  2. Enter the your subdomain title, {1} choose the domain that you would like to use {2} (if you have multiple domains), then click the "Add Domain" {3} Button.
  3. Now that you have added your new subdomain, you can have that domain applied to one of your Sharefaith websites by contacting us at support@sharefaith.com. Alternatively, you can set up a redirect using the steps in this tutorial here, How to Create a Redirect.

Please Note: We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox to access Sharefaith.com. Do not attempt to download using Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing issues switch to one of these browsers. If the issue still persists or you are experiencing your issue while using one of these browsers contact a Sharefaith Customer Liaison Specialist by creating a new support request.
