There may be a time when you need to edit or change your MX records.
The main reason for this would be adding mx records for G-suites or Office 365 accounts.
Follow these steps:
- On the main control panel, click on DNS Zone Editor.
- Click manage on the domain name that you wish to make DNS edits to.
- Select MX to show only MX records.
- To DELETE a record click on delete.
- Select Continue to confirm your deletion.
- To ADD and MX record click on the Add record button.
- Now enter the correct information in each of the fields, {1-3} if the MX record has that field blank, leave it blank. We recommend that you enter 3600 in the TTL field. {2} When you have the correct information in each of the fields click the add record button.
- Repeat as many times as necessary.
That is all. While you may need to wait up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect, you are done!
