This tutorial will show you the proper steps to access and update your billing profile in your hosting control panel. This profile is used to pay for domain renewal when the domain is registered with our partner Truepath.

Logging into your hosting control panel:

1. Sign in, if you need assistance see this article: How to Log Into Your Hosting Control Panel 
2. Click "Websites"
3. Click "Hosting Settings"

4. Click "Manage Billing Information"

   

5. Click "Domain" in navigation menu> "My Domains" in submenu. Domains and their statuses will display.

   

6. Click dropdown next to desired (expired) domain> Click "Renew"

   

7. Select years to be purchased (often only 1 year is available with expired domains, but multiple years can be selected after initial domain renewal and reactivation) > Click "Add to Cart" > Click "View Cart"

   

8. Enter Payment Information and complete checkout
9. OPTIONAL- You can purchase multiple years in advance, simply repeat steps 5-7 (selecting quantity of years, as needed) to renew your domain multiple years in advance.
