If you have an active Sharefaith Giving account and are wanting to get that added to your Sharefaith website so that it can be easily accessed and utilized, here's a quick video that will walk you through that process. Please be aware that these steps are for websites that are using the Elementor website software.

Add A Giving button

We wanted to show you really quickly a couple ways that you can add your giving to your church website with ShareFaith. All you have to do is go to your forms section in your ShareFaith giving dashboard.

Then you will find the form that you would like to place on your site and click on the three dots underneath the actions column to access the drop down menu and click visit direct link. Notice it pops up your form in a new tab and the URL inside the address bar is the URL to your form directly so you can go ahead and highlight and copy that URL. Next come over to your website and log in and navigate to the page where you would like to place your giving button.

Once you are on the page, you can click edit with Elementor to enter edit mode. Now navigate to the area of the page where you would like to place your button and click on the button widget and drag it over to an open area. Now you can see the button has been added to the page but there has not been any edits or adjustments made to the button.

So from the left side you will see the ability to change the text on the button. You can add the link that you copied from the ShareFaith giving dashboard and even choose whether you want this to be centered or left aligned. You can then choose where in the content area you would like to place the button, whether it be adjusted to the left or the center or right.

You can change the size of the button. Change the icon if you have your own icon. Once you are ready, you can click the update button.

In order to now see your site live as visitors would see it, click on the menu button in the top left corner and click view page. Now you'll see that the button has been added to the page.

Embed a Giving Form

Just wanted to show you really quickly how you can embed your ShareFaith giving form to your ShareFaith website using the new Elementor web page builder. First you'll go over to your ShareFaith giving dashboard and click on forms.

Then you will find the form that you'd like to place on your website and click on the three dots under the actions column. Then you'll click on view embed code and copy the embed code that's available there. Next come over and log into your website and navigate to the page where you would like to place your giving form.

Once you are there you can click edit with Elementor to open the edit mode of the page. Now scroll to the area on the page that you would like to place the form and in the search widget box search for html and you can click and drag that over into a new area to add that form. You'll paste in the url that you copied from the ShareFaith giving dashboard and click update.

Now all you have to do to be able to see the finished form being on the page is to go ahead and view the page and you'll see that now your form has been placed on your ShareFaith website.
