Everything begins with a first step, setting up your Scheduler begins with adding a new teacher. So sit back and watch this short tutorial on doing just that.

To add a new teacher in your scheduler, click on Teachers. You can have up to 30 teacher accounts. Enter their email, first and last name.
If you have subscribed to ShareFaith Background Checks, there will be an additional checkbox that you can select here to request a background check. To find out how to request a background check, click the link below this video. Now click Create Teacher.
The new account will show up under Manage Your Teacher Accounts here. In this section, you can view the teacher name, status of their background check, email, last time they logged in, their password, and edit their account.
