After you have created an account for a teacher you can change the information in that account at any time. This saves a great deal of hassle when changing teachers as you can simply change the information and keep the schedule you have already made. Watch this quick video for a rundown on how to edit your teacher's account.

To edit your teacher's account, in the Teacher's menu, on the teacher's profile line, click the Edit button. Here you can add a photo by clicking Browse. You can make corrections to their name, update their email address, their phone number, your church name, their role, and pick a color to easily reference the teacher.
If you have subscribed to ShareFaith Background Checks, there will be an additional button here that you can select to request a background check. When you have a completed background check, this button changes to allow you to view the report. You can expire the teacher account and reissue their password.
When you are finished with your updates, click Update Teacher. Then you are done.
