Renewing your Sharefaith membership is quick and straightforward, and we're here to help you through every step. If you run into any issues while renewing your expired Sharefaith membership, please first review the Renewal FAQ's at the bottom of this guide before contacting Support. We're confident that most problems can be easily resolved with a little extra information.
How to Renew an Expired Sharefaith Subscription
- Navigate to Sharefaith.com and click "Login" from the navigation menu in the upper-right.

Enter your login credentials.
- If your login credentials are not recognized, click on "Forgot Password?", enter your email address, and a password reset email will be sent from "info@sharefaith.com" to your account mailbox.
- After logging in, you will see the option to either "Renew" or "Upgrade" your account. Select your desired option:

Renew: Enter your payment details and complete your purchase.

- Upgrade: Choose your new plan type and enter the payment information to complete the upgrade.

Service Activation: Your Sharefaith services should resume within 10 minutes after reactivating your membership.
- If any services are not restored after 10 minutes, please create a support ticket mentioning that you have renewed and specify which service is still inactive. Our team will be happy to assist you!
Renewal FAQ's

Payments made via check can take up to 15 business days to process due to delivery and processing time. We recommend renewing via card to avoid delays. If renewing by check is your only option, please review our Forms of Payment Sharefaith Accepts help article for details on how to send your payment.

This is often due to your bank rejecting the payment. You can resolve this by contacting your bank and confirming that the transaction is valid, or it may be due to insufficient funds in your account.
If the issue persists, please create a Support ticket providing the last four digits of the card you are using and details of the issue. Our team will investigate further. -
Expired Sharefaith accounts can only be renewed on one of our currently available subscription plans. If you see this error when trying to renew, it means your account was previously on a grandfathered rate.
As outlined in our terms of service, grandfathered rates are only available as long as the subscription renews without interruption.
If you wish to request your grandfathered rate to be reinstated as a one-time courtesy, please create a Support ticket with our Billing department explaining the circumstances. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
- Expired Sharefaith accounts can only be renewed on one of our currently offered subscription plans. If the renewal rate is higher than your previous rate, it's likely because your account was on a grandfathered plan.

After a Sharefaith account has been expired for 30 days, any website content is purged from our system. This is due to the secure and continued hosting of said data being part of your website subscription offering.
